 Madame Annette Designs is a Custom Fashion and Accesories  Design small Business. We customize every product for our customer on a personal basis. Such customization allows us to offer better products as well as ample unique designs to customers. For that reason, Madame Annette Designs will not accept returns or exchanges of product due to customers' desire to change the size, style, color, art or design of the product that they ordered. Return is also unaccepted if the product has been washed or worn. Our responsibility is to create designs, to the best of our ability, which are submitted even though the image given is low resolution or may be defective in some way. We do not accept request to alter the design that is submitted with the order. The photos are representation similation of what the final product will look at. They are not exact.
